At Rozaan Organics, customer satisfaction is our priority. We take pride in offering premium organic products made with care and quality ingredients. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your order arrived in poor condition

  • Your order was lost during delivery

  • You canceled your order before it was shipped

To be eligible, refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Orders returned without prior approval

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Due to the personal care nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Clear photos of packaging (if damaged)

Once reviewed, we may offer:

  • A replacement

  • Store credit

  • Full or partial refund

4. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped.

Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The order was not delivered due to our error
